I have been doing massage and bodywork for 17 years. I have come to realize that there is more to releasing a knot in muscle than a deep elbow in the shoulder blade. Sometimes, no matter how deep I work on a person, the relief is temporary. Most people subconsciously store trauma from old injuries and accidents in their bodies. Throughout the years, I have used CranioSacral Therapy as a tool for helping my clients release residual trauma. The most important part of this process is that the person on my table comes to this realization on their own. They take an active part in their own healing process.
Teresa Robertson takes this same approach. She is very intuitive. Yet, instead of "giving" you a reading of your body, she is able to give you the tools to be able to learn to listen to your own body. She has helped me tremendously by helping me to deepen my meditative state to look inward at my own inner wisdom as well as connecting with the inner wisdom of my clients.
I have been successful utilizing the meditative tools and visualizations Teresa has taught me with my own clients to help them in their healing process. I have seen chronic pain symptoms disappear after decades of stagnation. I have seen women's health issues resolve with out surgical intervention. I have seen digestive disorders ease considerably. One's spiritual and emotional well being is just as important as one's physical health. The human body is an amazing thing.
